He was so excited once he was able to see it. It was a Christmas present for him and because it had not arrived by Christmas, we had to tell him it was coming which is the only complaint.
Customer service was quick to respond when I emailed them about an update as well. I’m not sure they received my first inquiry though.
In their defense when ordering, it did say it can take up to 28 business days to receive. I ordered on 11/9 and it showed up in early January.
